Commercial & Residential · Ukiah & Redwood Valley
Monthly maintenance, new lawns and irrigation, tree trimming, fences, decks, and concrete — one local crew, one call, done right.
Erick Calderon, Owner · Serving the Ukiah Valley
What we do
Whether it's a backyard in Ukiah or a commercial lot on State Street, the work gets the same standard: show up, do it right, leave it clean.
Keep it looking sharp all year
New lawns and the systems under them
Light construction, done in-house
Commercial
Offices, HOAs, storefronts, and rentals across the Ukiah Valley — reliable contract service with the owner on the job, not a rotating crew.

Weed abatement notices, 100-foot defensible space, overgrown lots — we clear it before fire season does it the hard way. Ask about spring scheduling.
Schedule clearingThe work
Every photo below is a Calderon Landscaping job — from bare dirt to finished yard.
Till, grade, irrigation, sod — sprinklers running the same week.
Weedy yard out, new topsoil, valves, and fresh-cut sod in.
Compacted base, clean edges, zero-water lawn.
Posts, rails, boards — built on site, not bought in panels.
The Seasonal List
Mendocino County yards run on a calendar. Get a reminder when it's time — before the weeds, the weed-abatement notice, or the first storm get there first.
Cleanup, mulch, and irrigation start-up before the heat hits.
Defensible space and weed abatement — beat the county notice deadline.
Leaf cleanup, pruning, and overseeding while the ground is warm.
Storm cleanup, drainage checks, and fence or deck repairs.
No spam, no selling your address. Four emails a year, each one worth reading.

About
Owner-operated and local. Erick's crew handles commercial and residential properties across the Ukiah Valley — the kind of operation where the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up. (Real bio and photo go here after the intake conversation.)
